New Account Registration 

 

PLEASE READ EVERYTHING BELOW

 

Last week we’ve had a server crashed & all data lost so anyone who’ve registered last month will have to Register again.

(Yes, We Now Have Daily/Weekly Backups) :)


If you’ve made an XPLAY purchase last month September, sadly you’ll have to Register
 HERE a New Account. This’ll be the last time you’ll have to Register to our website & it only takes less than a minute. The GOOD NEWS… You won’t be losing your present account info  that’s in use or have recently expired. Choose “Register” next to Login or choose “Create a New Account” if you’re already in the Billing Area. 

 
After Registration has been successful, go to Products/Hosting & choose FREE TRIAL. After your trial has been created contact our Online Chat Agents to help update your account to your previous account DETAILS/LOGIN info. 
 
For your account to be updated to your previous account info…. our chat will need your account Name, Previous Account Number or Username that’s used to login to your devices for XPLAY. REMEMBER NOT THE NEWLY CREATED ACCOUNT INFO, WE NEED THE PREVIOUS ACCOUNT INFO FROM LAST PURCHASE THAT’S ALREADY IN USE. After your account has been updated then you can always use the
RED UPGRADE/DOWNGRADE SERVICES button for ALL future purchases. Once clicked then you'll see a
GREEN UPGRADE/DOWNGRADE SERVICES button. DO NOT SELECT “ORDER NEW SERVICES” FOR FUTURE RENEWALS.  ALWAYS USE THE UPGRADE/DOWNGRADE SERVICES button FOR ALL FUTURE RENEWALS.
